Terms and Conditions:
I understand and authorize all rates and fees charged. I understand that attorneys fees will be incurred to enforce these provisions. I understand that by requesting these services, and because of possible previous damage, location, and situation of the vehicle, and because of the adversities inherent in towing, winching, unlocking and recovery, PRO-TOW may create additional damage to the vehicle, cargo, and/or the property and/or the area where my vehicle is located. I understand that PRO-TOW and its employees will take all necessary precautions, but that they cannot and will not be held responsible for any damage done to the vehicle, cargo, and/or the property and/or the area where the vehicle is located. I hereby authorize PRO-TOW to take photos, videos, and record phone calls for the purposes of advertising or for any other professional purpose, and release all interests in any and all photos, videos, and recorded phone calls. I hereby represent and acknowledge that I have the authority to act on behalf of the party delivering the goods to PRO-TOW as described above.
